British actor Sir Patrick Stewart, 75, has accepted his most challenging role to date: Cowboy Pat, a chaps-wearing crooner who is touting his own record collection in a new YouTube infomercial.
Fans now know when to expect each of the 14 artists set to play Country on the River next month. The seventh-annual country festival in Prairie du Chien, Wisc., features Kid Rock, Lee Brice and Billy Currington as headliners, Aug. 4-6.

Country on the River is one of the premiere country music and camping festivals in the Midwest. Starting in 2010, headliners like Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean have played in front of the scenic rural backdrop. The location is wedged between the Mississippi and Wisconsin Rivers in Prairie de Chien, Wisc. Each year has brought more country fans, and a wider, more exciting lineup.
