Carrie Underwood recently notched her 24th No.1 with her hit “Church Bells.” The story chronicles a young, poor woman who eventually meets a wealthy man she believes will love and take care of her. However, things don’t go as planned and she eventually has to take matters into her own hands to save herself.

Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini & More Headline the Opry in August

Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry is the place to be in August as a who’s who of country stars will be taking the stage Aug. 10, 12, 13 and 16, including Carrie Underwood, Vince Gill, Keith Urban, Kelsea Ballerini, Old Crow Medicine Show and more.

Before kicking off the fall leg of her Storyteller Tour, Carrie will hit the Opry stage on Aug. 10 and 12 for two shows each night. Joining her on Aug. 10 will be Kelsea Ballerini, Thompson Square, Old Crow Medicine Show, Larry Gatlin & the Gatlin Brothers and more, while Lauren Alaina, Daryle Singletary and more will perform on Aug. 12.

Celebrating his 25th year as an Opry member, Vince Gill will headline two shows on Aug. 13 with Amy Grant, Patty Loveless, the Time Jumpers, Ashely Monroe, Rodney Crowell and more.

On Aug. 16, Keith Urban will be in the house for two shows as he takes a break from his Ripcord World Tour. Keith will be joined by Lorrie Morgan, Drew Baldridge, Del McCoury Band and more.

Toby Keith snuck a new song to radio in July 2016. Trace Adkins did, too. They are just two on a star-studded list of stars offering singles they hope will help shape radio playlists through the end of the year. Of course there are a few newcomers to get excited about, as well.

RaeLynn and Lauren Alaina both have new singles on the radio. RaeLynn’s first single with a new record label partner is called “Love Triangle,” and it’s a powerful testimonial from the child of a divorced couple. Kelsea Ballerini Helps Brighten the Lives of Sick Children

Kelsea Ballerini, reigning ACM New Female Vocalist of the Year, has lent her time and voice to a very special cause—Musicians on Call, a non-profit organization that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients.

Taking a break from the Rhythm & Roots Tour with Rascal Flatts, Kelsea headed to Phoenix to help launch the Bedside Performance Program at Phoenix Children’s Hospital—a first for the hospital and 60th launch overall for the organization. While there, Kelsea performed for patients and families and personally met with children who were unable to make it to her performance. There’s No Stopping Newcomer Kane Brown on Headlining Tour

Kane Brown is making waves in country music. Barely out of the starting gate, the newcomer has already been tapped for his first major headlining tour.

Kane, who is currently on the road with Florida Georgia Line, was hand-picked by Monster Energy and Outbreak Presents to headline the Kane Brown Ain’t No Stopping Us Now Tour.
