British actor Sir Patrick Stewart, 75, has accepted his most challenging role to date: Cowboy Pat, a chaps-wearing crooner who is touting his own record collection in a new YouTube infomercial.

Sir Patrick, who is well known for his roles as Captain Jean-Luc Picard on Star Trek and Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men series, has become a social media darling over the last few years with his hilarious Tweets and Instagram posts. Country on the River 2016 Announces Daily Lineups

Fans now know when to expect each of the 14 artists set to play Country on the River next month. The seventh-annual country festival in Prairie du Chien, Wisc., features Kid Rock, Lee Brice and Billy Currington as headliners, Aug. 4-6.

On August 4, Kid Rock will close a day that also includes Montgomery Gentry, the Swon Brothers and Clare Dunn. The next day (Aug. 5) it’s Amanda Watkins, Halfway to Hazard, Eric Paslay, Joe Nichols and Brice. And on Aug. 6, find Ruthie Collins, Granger Smith, Eli Young Band and Currington.

Three-day passes start at just $80 for the full weekend, with VIP packages also available and camping options starting at $159. Single day tickets are now on sale, as well. Visit the Country on the River website for more information on how to purchase Thursday, Friday or Saturday only tickets.

Country on the River is one of the premiere country music and camping festivals in the Midwest. Starting in 2010, headliners like Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean have played in front of the scenic rural backdrop. The location is wedged between the Mississippi and Wisconsin Rivers in Prairie de Chien, Wisc. Each year has brought more country fans, and a wider, more exciting lineup.

Kacey Musgraves has joined forces with several artists for “Hands,” a song written and released to raise money for victims of the Pulse nightclub massacre in Orlando, Fla., last month.

“I’m so incredibly proud to be a part of this gorgeous musical tribute, ‘Hands,’ with a ton of great artists. [I’m sandwiched between @selenagomez & Mary J. Blige] It was written by some of my friends. Please go download. All proceeds go towards the victims of the Orlando tragedy and to LGBT organizations,” Musgraves writes on Instagram. Brad Paisley Launches GoFundMe Initiative, Donates $100K for West Virginia Flood Victims

West Virginia native Brad Paisley has launched a GoFundMe campaign in an effort to raise $1 million for victims of the devastating floods in his home state that have killed 28 residents and destroyed more than 1,000 homes. Brad made the announcement via Facebook before kick-starting the campaign with an initial donation of $100,000. More than $241,000 has already been raised.
